Hitachi Energy Drops 3% After QIP Launch; ₹4,200 Cr Fundraise Planned

Hitachi Energy India shares slipped 3.3% on the BSE, hitting an intraday low of ₹12,289. The dip follows the company’s launch of a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to raise ₹4,200 crore. The QIP floor price is set at ₹12,112.5 per share, reflecting a 4% discount from the previous close of ₹12,715.35.

As of 11:35 AM, Hitachi Energy stock was trading at ₹12,289, down 3.35%, while the BSE Sensex was down 0.26% at 73,924.64. The company’s market cap stood at ₹52,082.84 crore, with a 52-week high of ₹16,534.5 and a low of ₹6,267.2.
