Nukleus Office Solutions IPO Listing: Shares Debut at 20% Discount on BSE SME

Shares of Nukleus Office Solutions, a diversified commercial services provider, made a weak debut on the BSE SME platform on March 4, 2025. The stock opened at ₹187.20 per share, marking a 20% decline from its issue price of ₹234 per share. This translates to a discount of ₹46.80 per share.

The listing fell short of expectations, as grey market trends had indicated a flat debut at ₹234 per share before the stock’s launch, according to sources tracking unofficial markets.

The Nukleus Office Solutions IPO was entirely a fresh issue, consisting of 1.35 million equity shares. The IPO, which opened for public subscription from February 24 to February 27, 2025, raised ₹31.70 crore at an issue price of ₹234 per share, with a lot size of 600 shares. Despite a tepid investor response, the issue was oversubscribed by approximately 1.29 times. The final allotment of shares was completed on February 28, 2025.

The company plans to use the IPO proceeds for capital expenditures, security deposits for new centers, and technological upgrades. Funds will also be allocated toward integrating operations, improving online client interactions, developing mobile applications, and increasing brand visibility through marketing initiatives. Additionally, a portion of the funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
